His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has issued Royal Decree No. 12/2023 ratifying an agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on establishing the Oman-Kazakhstan Joint Committee, signed in Muscat on February 1st,  2023.
