It follows up on an agreement signed in Cairo during <a href=\"https:\/\/staging.ofm-archive.com\/ke23\">His Majesty&#8217;s visit in May <\/a>and subsequently presented to the Shura Council.<\/p>\n<p>This is an unofficial English version of an Arabic report.
