His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a written message to Sheikh Mishal Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah, Deputy Emir and Crown Prince of the State of Kuwait. It deals with the fraternal relations between the two countries and ways to promote them.<\/p>\n

The message was handed over by Dr Saleh Amer Al Kharousi, Oman’s Ambassador to Kuwait when Sheikh Salim Abdullah Al Jaber Al Sabah, Kuwait\u2019s Foreign Minister, received him in the Kuwaiti capital today.<\/p>\n
