{"id":4375,"date":"2022-12-26T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2022-12-26T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/archive.fm.gov.om\/4375\/"},"modified":"2022-12-26T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2022-12-26T00:00:00","slug":"his-majesty-issues-two-decrees","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archive.fm.gov.om\/en\/4375\/","title":{"rendered":"His Majesty issues two decrees"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik today issued two royal decrees reading as follows:<\/p>\n<p>Royal decree No. (97\/2022) establishes an embassy for the Sultanate of Oman in the Republic of Singapore.<\/p>\n<p>Article (1) establishes an embassy for the Sultanate of Oman in the Republic of Singapore.<\/p>\n<p>Article (2) cancels Royal decree No. (111\/2010) on establishing a consulate general for the Sultanate of Oman in the Republic of Singapore.<\/p>\n<p>Article (3) says that this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its date of issue.<\/p>\n<p>Royal decree No. (98\/2022) appoints ambassadors.<\/p>\n<p>Article (1) grants the title of ambassador to the following and determines their placements:<\/p>\n<p>1- Plenipotentiary Minister Sheikh Mohammed Ahmed Salim Al Shanfari (as Oman\u2019s Ambassador to the Republic of Indonesia).<\/p>\n<p>2- Plenipotentiary Minister Eng. Nasser Said Abdullah Al Manwari (as Oman\u2019s Ambassador to the Republic of the Philippines).<\/p>\n<p>3- Adviser Issa Saleh Abdullah Al Shibani (as Oman\u2019s Ambassador to the Republic of India).<\/p>\n<p>Article (2) says that this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its date of issue.<\/p>\n<p>This is an unofficial English translation of the original Arabic text.
