The summit was held at King Abdul Aziz International Conference Center in Riyadh. It was attended by leaders and heads of delegations of Arab countries and the People\u2019s Republic of China.<\/p>\n<p>The summit discussed various topics, including the long standing relations between Arab countries and China, established since the times of the ancient Silk Road.
