{"id":4213,"date":"2022-11-16T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2022-11-16T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/archive.fm.gov.om\/4213\/"},"modified":"2026-03-22T11:12:49","modified_gmt":"2026-03-22T11:12:49","slug":"his-majesty-sends-written-message-to-syrian-president","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archive.fm.gov.om\/en\/4213\/","title":{"rendered":"His Majesty sends written message to Syrian President"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a written message to President Bashar Al Assad of the Syrian Arab Republic dealing with bilateral relations between the two countries and ways of enhancing them.<\/p>\n<p>The message was handed over by Oman&#8217;s\u00a0Foreign Minister, Sayyid Badr Albusaidi, when the Syrian President received him in Damascus today.<\/p>\n<p>During the meeting, Sayyid Badr conveyed the greetings and best wishes of His Majesty the Sultan to President Bashar and the people of Syria.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-22013 size-fusion-800\" src=\"https:\/\/archive.fm.gov.om\/wp-content\/uploads\/Sayyid-badr-albusaidi-with-bashar-alasaad-04.jpeg\" alt=\"Sayyid-badr-albusaidi-with-bashar-alasaad-04\" width=\"800\" height=\"404\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The Syrian President in turn asked Sayyid Badr to convey his greetings and best wishes to His Majesty and the Omani people.
