{"id":10694,"date":"2023-11-09T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2023-11-09T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/archive.fm.gov.om\/10694\/"},"modified":"2023-11-09T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2023-11-09T00:00:00","slug":"royal-decree-appoints-non-resident-ambassadors-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archive.fm.gov.om\/en\/10694\/","title":{"rendered":"Royal Decree appoints non-resident Ambassadors"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik today issued a Royal Decree (No. 81\/2023) appointing non-resident ambassadors.<\/p>\n<p>Article (1) appoints Badr Mohammed Badr Al Mantheri, <a href=\"https:\/\/staging.ofm-archive.com\/london\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the Sultanate of Oman\u2019s Ambassador to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland<\/a>, as Oman\u2019s non-resident Ambassador to Ireland, the Republic of Montenegro, the Republic of Estonia, the Republic of Lithuania and the Republic of Latvia.<\/p>\n<p>Article (2) appoints His Highness Sayyid Nazar Al Julanda Majid Alsaid, <a href=\"https:\/\/staging.ofm-archive.com\/rome\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the Sultanate of Oman\u2019s Ambassador to the Italian Republic<\/a>, as Oman\u2019s non-resident Ambassador to the Republic of Malta, the Republic of Greece, the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Republic of Albania, Romania and the Republic of San Marino.<\/p>\n<p>Article (3) appoints Maitha Saif Almahrouqi, <a href=\"https:\/\/staging.ofm-archive.com\/berlin\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the Sultanate of Oman\u2019s Ambassador to the Federal Republic of Germany<\/a>, as Oman\u2019s non-resident Ambassador to the Kingdom of Sweden, the Kingdom of Norway, the Kingdom of Denmark, the Republic of Poland and the Republic of Finland.<\/p>\n<p>Article (4) appoints Talal Sulaiman Alrahbi, the Sultanate of Oman\u2019s Ambassador to the <a href=\"https:\/\/staging.ofm-archive.com\/brasilia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Federative Republic of Brazil<\/a>, as Oman\u2019s non-resident Ambassador to the Argentine Republic, the Republic of Paraguay, the Republic of Peru, the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Republic of Chile.<\/p>\n<p>Article (5) appoints Mahmoud bin Hamad Alhasani, the <a href=\"https:\/\/staging.ofm-archive.com\/bern\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sultanate of Oman\u2019s Ambassador to the Swiss Confederation<\/a>, as Oman\u2019s non-resident Ambassador to the Principality of Liechtenstein and the Vatican City (Holy See).<\/p>\n<p>Article (6) appoints Hamood bin Salim bin Abdullah Altowaiya, <a href=\"https:\/\/staging.ofm-archive.com\/moscow\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the Sultanate of Oman\u2019s Ambassador to the Russian Federation<\/a>, as Oman\u2019s non-resident Ambassador to the Republic of Belarus.<\/p>\n<p>Article (7) appoints Omar Said Alkathiri, <a href=\"https:\/\/staging.ofm-archive.com\/madrid\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the Sultanate of Oman\u2019s Ambassador to the Kingdom of Spain<\/a>, as Oman\u2019s non-resident Ambassador to the Principality of Andorra.<\/p>\n<p>This is an unofficial English version of an Arabic report.
