His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a written message to President Vladimir Putin of the Russian Federation. The message deals with bilateral relations between Oman and Russia and ways of promoting them.

It was handed over by Oman’s Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr Albusaidi when his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov received him in Moscow today.
