On orders from His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik to complete the humanitarian endeavours with the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Kingdom of Belgium,  the relevant Omani authorities today facilitated the process of receiving two Austrian citizens and a Danish citizen and transporting them from Tehran to Muscat by a plane of the Royal Air Force of Oman, in preparation for their return to their countries.

The Sultanate appreciates the response of the Iranian authorities to Oman’s humanitarian endeavours.
