Sheikh Mishal Al Ahmed Al Jabir Al Sabah was sworn in as Emir of the State of Kuwait in a special session of the National Assembly. The session was attended by Dr Saleh Amer Alkharusi, Oman’s Ambassador to Kuwait, and other international diplomatic officials.
