Salim Mohamed Khalifa Al Busaidi, Consul General of the Sultanate of Oman in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, held a reception on the occasion of the 53rd National Day.

The ceremony was attended by Tarrad bin Fahd Al-Sharif, Undersecretary of Jeddah Governorate; a number of Consuls general of Arab and foreign countries, representatives of international organisations accredited to Saudi Arabia, academics, media professionals and a distinguished  group of intellectuals and business executives.

The Consul General delivered a speech in which he praised the relations and cooperation between Oman and Saudi Arabia in various fields.

A documentary film about the Omani Renaissance and a number of films regarding the “Oman 2040” vision, were also shown during the ceremony.
