Ahmed bin Ali bin Saeed Al Rashidi, Oman’s Ambassador to Sri Lanka, headed the delegation of the Sultanate of Oman at the twenty-third ministerial meeting of the Indian Ocean Rim Association (IORA), under the patronage of Ali Sabry, Foreign Minister of the Republic of Sri Lanka.
