The Foreign Ministry has expressed deep concern over the developments in Sudan following the ongoing clashes there.

A Foreign Ministry statement urges all parties in the country to exercise maximum restraint and to prioritise peaceful dialogue to reach political agreement and so protect the lives of the Sudanese people and to provide them with security and stability.
