The Sultanate of Oman has expressed its sympathy with the Republic of Pakistan over the accident of a passenger bus falling off a bridge and bursting into flames.

The crash in Balochistan province, southwest Pakistan claimed more than 40 lives.

In a Foreign Ministry statement, Oman expressed its sincere condolences to the Pakistani government and people, as well as the families of victims. It wished the injured a speedy recovery.
