Sheikh Khalifa Alharthy, Foreign Ministry Undersecretary for Diplomatic Affairs, received in Muscat today Tim Lenderking, U.S. Special Envoy for Yemen.

The two sides reviewed the efforts to help the Yemeni parties reach a political solution that maintains peace and stability for Yemen and the region.

The meeting was attended by the delegation accompanying Mr Lenderking, Leslie M. Tsou, U.S Ambassador to Oman, and a number of officials at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
