The Sultanate of Oman has welcomed the statement issued by Hans Grundberg, Special Envoy of the UN Secretary General for Yemen, on securing a roadmap to resolve the Yemeni crisis. Oman hopes that the agreement will be signed as soon as possible.

In a statement issued by the Foreign Ministry, Oman reaffirmed its continuing support for UN efforts to reach a comprehensive and lasting solution in Yemen that meets the aspirations of the Yemeni people for security, stability and prosperity.
