On assignment from the Minister of Culture, Sports and Youth, Azza bint Hamoud Al Busaidi, Chargé d’Affaires at Oman’s Embassy to France, took part in the ninth session of the Conference of the Parties (COP9) to the International Convention against Doping in Sport, at UNESCO headquarters in Paris.
